Ten years after the introduction of the original Phantom Chronograph, Kobold is proud to launch an updated version of the legendary military wristwatch. 

Assembled and tested in Kobold's facilities in Pittsburgh, the Phantom Chronograph features a stainless steel case entirely made in the USA. Hence, the Phantom proudly displays its city and state of origin on its dial. Its solid, uni-directional rotating bezel displays an engraved count-down minute scale (count-up minute scale available on request). A brushed finished has been applied to the surgical-grade steel case (matte finish available on request).

Its matte-finish, anti-UV-treated dial has a unique color combination: green on black -a nod to the Phantom's military background. Selected by U.S. Navy SEALs, his color scheme is highly visible while wearing night-vision goggles (U.S. Navy SEALs conduct most of their missions at night).

Powered by a Swiss-made automatic chronograph movement (ETA-Valjoux 7750), which has been adjusted in five position, this new military watch is not only reliable in adverse conditions, but also extremely accurate. Because the Phantom Chronograph is designed, assembled and tested in the United States and features a U.S.-made case, it is covered by Kobold's 5-year warranty, instead of the 3-year warranty the company extends on its Swiss Made timepieces. The Phantom arrives in a hand-crafted wooden collector's box.
